The project aims to extend Dubai's coastline by over 70 kilometers, incorporating an area of around 130 million square meters for a mix of residential, commercial, and leisure spaces. This planned city will host an estimated population of 1.5 million and includes several distinct zones, such as Madinat Al Arab, which is projected to be the new downtown and central business district of Dubai.
